  16. I also would like to respond to the question regarding using print 
  17. resolution for print work in Lighwave.   I work at a place that sells 
  18. professional photo and video equipment to photo studios and everything 
  19. from cable stations to CNN.

  21. Several of out clients hav needed print versions of their vieo logos 
  22. rendered and have been more than pleased and very impressed with 
  23. LIghtwave's output to a Sony UD7000 (I think that's the model) Dye Sub 
  24. printer..  8x10 full color glossies complete with registration for camera 
  25. ready work.. (or 4 color seperations).  Let NO ONE tell you that the 
  26. resolution coming from LIghtave is inadequate.. besides, with 3.5, it's 
  27. amoot point...

  29. PS.. Allen, why the drop in resolution from 16kx16k to 8kx8k?  I heard 
  30. something about the enormouse ram needed to render, I thought that was 
  31. why you used segments??
